2019 Health & Benefits Fair

UCAR's annual Health & Benefits Fairs are free of charge and open to all UCAR employees, retirees, their spouses/partners and dependent (adult) children 18-26 years of age. The Health & Benefits Fair requires no registration to participate. 

Prior to the Health & Benefits Fair, bloodwork sessions for blood-chemistry screenings are offered at each of the UCAR's main facilities: Foothills, Center Green, Mesa Lab, RAF (RMM Airport), and the NWSC. Pre-registrations are required for the bloodwork sessions through the Health Promotion Management external, secure registration site.  The standard blood-chemistry screening is free to eligible participants and includes: Cholesterol, lipid profile, electrolytes, liver and kidney enzymes, thyroid and iron, and coronary risk ratio.  In addition, free PSA Prostate Cancer Blood Screening (men aged 50 or older) can also be included.  Optional blood screening options are also available upon request with particpant co-pays. 

All blood screening results can be claimed at the Health & Benefits Fair event (unclaimed results are mailed to participants). To have a proxy claim your bloodwork results at the Health Fair, complete the Proxy Authorization Form and have your proxy bring the form to the Health Fair. Results will not be released to your proxy without your signed proxy authorization.

Please note: This is a screening event only. Participants are encouraged to share their results with their health care provider for questions, diagnosis, follow-up assessment, care, or treatments.
